2、 Application of blue head vacuum blood collection

0.2m13.8% sodium citrate anticoagulant tube.

It is used for the four tests of blood coagulation (TT, Pt, APTT, FIB).

D-dimer

The blood was collected accurately to 2M1 scale (venous blood 1.8m1 + 0.2m1 anticoagulant).

3、 Application of blackhead vacuum blood collection

0.32m13.8% sodium citrate anticoagulant tube

For ESR test.

Blood was collected to the first mark line (upper, 0.2m1 anticoagulant + 1.28m1 venous blood).

Slowly invert and mix for more than 5 times.

The negative pressure is strong, and the pipe can be pulled quickly at the second marking line.

4、 Application of purple head vacuum blood collection

Blood routine test: venous blood 0.5-1 ml.

EDTAK2 anticoagulant.

Mix it upside down for more than 5 times or stir it evenly.

5、 Application of green head vacuum blood collection

It is mainly used for the determination of HLA-B27.

Heparin anticoagulant tube.

Mix it upside down for more than 5 times.
