1 appearance requirements

The appearance of the disposable virus sampling tube preservation tube is uniform, transparent and smooth, without oil stain and bubble; the preservation solution is colorless, transparent or light red, and there are no particles or impurities.

1.2 pH requirements of preservation solution

The pH standard range of preservation solution is 7.0 ± 0.50

1.3 storage solution requirements

According to different ml amount, it is required to add 1mi, 2mi, 3M1, 6m1, and the error should be less than ± 10%

1.4 tightness

When the cap of the storage tube is tightened, there should be no leakage of preservation solution.
