The solution of coagulation blood sample introduced by the manufacturer of collecting needle
Coagulation blood samples (blood samples with different degrees of fibrin precipitation or hemagglutination after blood samples collected from anticoagulant vessels), analysis and solutions:
1. When the syringe is used for blood collection, the amount of blood collected exceeds the amount of blood collected;
2. The anticoagulant tube was not shaken or not shaken in time, and the shaking method was wrong - gently invert 180 degrees in time and shake well 5-8 times;
3. For patients with high blood viscosity, the needle type is too small and the blood collection speed is slow
4. Abnormal opening operation (i.e. the anticoagulant of the water agent is often adsorbed on the rubber plug, and after the abnormal opening, the rubber plug will take up part of the pre added anticoagulant, resulting in insufficient amount of anticoagulant) - when the plug operation is needed, first tap the bottom of the blood collection tube downward or swing it appropriately, so that the anticoagulant adsorbed on the rubber plug will slide down the wall tube. After the plug opening operation is completed, cover the rubber plug, invert it 180 degrees and shake it evenly- 8 times;
