At least 12 samples of the minimum sales package shall be selected from the three transport packages of the same batch number, 1 / 4 samples shall be used for testing, 1 / 4 samples shall be used for retention, and 1 / 2 samples (which can be sealed on site) shall be used for re inspection if necessary. The minimum sales package sampled shall not be cracked and shall not be opened before inspection.

Under the condition of 100 grade purification, open at least 3 packages for testing with aseptic method, take samples from each package, accurately weigh 10 g ± 1 g sample, cut and add it into 200 ml sterilized normal saline, and mix well to obtain a normal saline sample solution. Liquid products are directly used as sample solution.

If the sample to be tested contains a large amount of absorbent resin material, which results in insufficient sample solution, the diluent volume can be increased by 50ml each time until enough sample solution for test can be sucked out. The dilution should be adjusted when calculating the total bacterial and fungal colonies.
